In depth lab evaluation
Initial appointment (1 1/2 hrs w/ physician) to include physical, discovery- Hormone deficiencies based on symptoms, complete review of lab results, and custom treatment plan consisting of various bio identical hormones, and pharmaceutical grade supplements, and much more.
Regular follow up appointments to monitor progress and adjust hormones as necessary.
